Please note, on completion of this form, your request will be reviewed and added to the application list. This list will be reviewed, ranked and places offered accordingly in advance of each Term.

Please note our intakes are termly (Spring-January, Summer - April or Autumn - September) If you are applying for a 2 Year Funded place, your child must be 2 years old ahead of the term they are likely to start. If you are applying for a 3 year old place your child must be 3 years old ahead of the term that they would be likely to start.

Lunch Club is paid separately and not included as part of your funded hours.
