Heronshill School is an established infant school in Kents Hill on the southern side of Milton Keynes. The school may be small but the staff and children have big ambitions to do well. We inspire all our children to support them to grow academically and socially as they achieve their goals.

If you would like to arrange a visit to have a school tour then we would love to welcome you. One of our staff members will take you around. You will have the opportunity to ask questions about what we do and what makes us special. There are also dates set where we do group tours.

Heronshill School Admissions Policy reflects that of the Local Education Authority (Milton Keynes Council) and meet all requirements of the national Schools Admissions Code, Appeals Code and admissions legislation.

Foundation at Heronshill consists currently of 1 class, Swans. Foundation is supported by a team of highly skilled teaching assistants. Mrs Bolger is the Phase Leader for Foundation.

Our Foundation area has 1 classroom, a shared area, an additional garden area and an outdoor area for active and physical learning. We also have a mud kitchen for creative and messy exploration.

Our children come from a variety of pre-schools, nurseries and other day care providers. The experiences that children have before joining us here at Heronshaw are all very different, however we strongly believe that this diversity is a strength.
